After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We offer a delivery time of 2–5 business days. This may vary during public holidays or special periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, strikes, traffic jams or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your parcel has been prepared, it will be handed over to the carrier GLS/DPD. They will send you an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your delivery.

Not at home? During checkout, choose delivery to a service point or parcel locker. After payment, you can select your preferred collection point.
