Litter Box & Accessories

You can prevent a smelly litter box with a regular routine. Scoop the box at least once a day and completely replace the litter every 2 weeks. Then clean the box with warm water and a mild, unscented cleaner, as strongly scented products can deter cats. Use a high-quality clumping cat litter and place a litter mat in front of the box to catch stray granules.

Cat litter: go for a clumping cat litter that is soft on the paws. The clumps are easy to scoop out daily.
Litter scoop: for quick and hygienic cleaning. A metal poop scoop is more hygienic than a plastic one.
Litter mat: catches granules and keeps your floor clean
Poop bags: for the daily cleaning of the box.

Choose a quiet, easily accessible spot where your cat can relieve itself undisturbed. Place the litter box in a corner with a view of the room. This allows your cat to keep an eye on its surroundings and feel safer. Do not place the litter box right next to the food or water, as cats prefer to keep these areas separate. Ensure there is plenty of ventilation and easy access for your cat.
