Refund policy

RETURNS

A return request can be submitted up to 14 days after delivery through our return form. We will send you an email with the next steps. Unfortunately, once 14 days have passed, we can no longer offer a return option.

Has your item arrived damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging and/or with all tags still attached.

Snacks, food products, personalised items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once your return request has been approved, you have 14 days to ensure the return parcel is delivered to us. After we have received, inspected, and approved your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item and that the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take some time before the funds appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations in which no refund will be issued:

  • The returned item arrives at our warehouse more than 14 days after the return request has been approved.
  • Clear signs of use are present.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

Please ensure that the item is packaged securely. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, we will be unable to issue a refund.
