Refund Policy
RETURNS
A return request can be made up to 14 days after delivery via our return form. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since delivery, we can no longer offer a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Perishable goods such as snacks, food,... cannot be returned.
RETURNS
Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to have the return delivered to us. Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have properly received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and an automatic refund will be issued to your credit card or original payment method within the month.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
There are certain situations where a refund will not be issued:
- Arrival of the return at our warehouse later than 14 days after the return request is approved
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not our fault
